Camera Question

I'm using a DJI Smart Controller with my Air2S and cannot get the camera to zoom. Somewhere on the forum I saw that the camera settings needed to be changed. Does anyone have a Smart Controller and know how to get and change camera settings???

The camera will only zoom in video mode. And then only in 4K 60 or lower.
