Not that I’m aware of. At least in DJI Fly. Unsure of the others. But that seems to convenient. Lol

There are some issues with this. No one setting will accommodate the great variety of lighting conditions, whether created by nature or time of day. Many of us use manual to avoid DJI’s auto which creates annoying bumps in the exposure,but reflects the very real changes in exposure required.

Yer I suppose so, I do have and use this feature sometimes with my cameras when I'm shooting sports etc for quick setting changes, I've not really done any serious drone photography as of yet, so I will have plenty of time to play with settings.

Ask yourself the same question assuming you were using your DSLR! No two images use the same settings! The best that you can do is to use your function button option to bring up the camera settings quickly where you can quickly adjust the camera settings according to the existing lighting conditions.

I just use auto and fix whatever in post. But my stuff is for me
and mine.

I'm going to have a play, and see what works for me, when I'm sports shooting I tend to have custom set for my aperture and shutter speed and then play with my ISO or set to auto ISO. It allows me to switch quickly depending on what is happening.
