Can’t retrieve footage from Mavic 2 on PS4

Hi

Can anyone tell me how to upload footage onto the PS4 from from the sd card?! Plugged in the Mavic 2 and it recognised the mavic, would upload the few videos from internal memory but can’t access video from sd card, any advice welcomed thanks, having the same trouble plugging into a 4k TV, justvsays no videos

Have you tried removing the SD Card and inserting it into a micro SD card reader that is then plugged in via USB?

Yes, still no luck unless the card reader is faulty as it’s fairly old, maybe worth getting another, thanks for reply

Check the format of the SD Card? Is is using FAT32 or NTFS?

No idea! all this is new to me so don’t know what that means or how to change the format?!
