Can I make flight plans with Litchi waypoints on a ios smartphone?

You can do it on an iPad so I don't know why you couldn't on an iPhone. I don't have one so cannot verify but would be surprised if it did not work.

Litchi gives you a couple hours to uninstall and get your money back if it does not work so you can always try it. Just make sure you are ready to fly after installation.

For Windows PC it says to enter POI just "right click" but when I try to do that with a Mac (using the 'Control' key) it just enters another waypoint. What am I doing wrong?

Just keep in mind that Litchi Waypoints is still problematic with Mavic 2. It works beautifully with the original Mavic, but there is apparently a firmware issue with Mavic 2 that prevents Litchi from SMOOTHLY transitioning between waypoints. There is jerkiness in the motion. It's a known issue at Litchi, but they can get it fixed until DJI adjusts the firmware.
