Yes. I have an an Anker portable charger w/ fast charge that works well for this.

BTW, If you don't use a supply that can fast charge, say a 2.0, then it will not keep up with the SC's power consumption (percentage of charge will still slowly decrease in use). Fast charge 3.0 will be a net gain.
