Can somebody spell out the rules of flying a drone in downtown Knoxville?

Basically title. Where can I find the rules pertaining to knoxville specifically? It seems like their is not one good place to find all of the information I need. I am trying to fly legally, but it seems like it harder then I originally thought it would be. Any help is appreciated

Specific to the city, restrictions would generally be codified as an ordinance/regulation. Most cities have those available online these days.

They would be somewhere on the city of Knoxville's website.

Just do it, fly high enough that no one can hear it. If it becomes a problem plead ignorance and make an official show you the regs. IF you cant find them.

You are not supposed to fly directly over people unless you have specific permission, but you probably already know that.

Where I live, i did two searches:
"FAA, drone operations" (for nationwide blanket regs), and
"Oregon, drone regulations". The results will require some sifting and interpretation. The FAA regs are pretty well summarized in "Advisory Circular AC91-57" (if my memory is correct.)
