Hello, I don't think it will, apart from you will need to get an operator I'd and a flyer I'd from the CAA. Cost like 9£ plus you have to do a little reading and test. Think that's in the near future. Other than that I think the mini isn't affected. But just keep an eye out for updates in the future.
