Can someone help my video problem

I am kind of new to video editing and also a weekender to uploading on you tube. I try to find some place new to use my drone or go hiking in the Texas area.

My problem is some videos come out good and others have a lot of stuttering going on like in this video

Am I editing to much maybe? It looks ok on the screen when I preview from the drone off the phone.
Alls I do is normally cut a few scenes and apply music maybe put some effect to make the shadows appear brighter so it's not so dark.

Or maybe I am uploading frame rates wrong from adobe premier pro.

Any advice is great :) thank you.
 
Looks like it could be a frame rate or codec issue (although I would expect to see youtube fix any codec problem).

What do you use to edit? Do you use an export preset? try exporting at a lower bit-rate and see if that fixes the issue.
 
I've downloaded your video and vieved it frame by frame (on VirtualDub).
If normally video should have frames (temporally): 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12... your video has:
1,2,4,4,5,6,8,8,9,10,12,12 etc. It is clearly visible on car on the bridge (at 2 min. 23 s).
It looks like every 3 frames a frame is skipped and replaced by the next. Of course this produces jerky movement, not only because one frame is missing (e.g.3), but also movement stops on doubbled next frame (e.g.4).

Maybe you have recorded at 24 fps and edited in 30? Then some frames are doubled. But I don't know why some were removed (?). Try edit at the same frame rate as you record.

After considering: video was recorded at 24, edited at 30 (then frames were doubled) and exported as 24 fps (then other frames were removed). :-)

Joely-Bird I will have to play around I'm such a newb with editing still this is new content area for me with the drone footage I have been using a preset 1080 HD for youtube in adobe premier pro.

Thanks elvis 101 for taking the time to debug my video I appreciate that.
I did do a re-edit since I didn't save the original in premier pro thinking all was good and half way towards the end there was a frame way off and I had to go in and re adjust. I did bring in older videos from lake Texoma to make more content.

I am pretty sure it's not my drones fault thought more might have this issue seeing the stuttering on a few other channels and some real nice and smooth.
