Cannot change Mini 5 Pro video coding format

I have the latest firmware updates for the RC2 (07.00.0100) and M5pro (01.00.0300), and am unable to change the video coding format from H265 to H264. According to a YouTube video published only two days ago, this option should be available in the camera settings menu. Mine just shows H265, without any button to change to H264. Is this a "feature" of the latest firmware update?

You can only do H264 while in 1080P.
