cant figure out how to post to correct thread

How can i post my youtube channel link to the correct thread? (the members youtube channel)
Sorry, new to the "forum" way of doing things. Cant find a FAQ section.

Within your YouTube video, click the "share" button. Copy the URL and past it in a new post in the Members YouTube channel's ( ONLY POST LINK NOTHING ELSE )

I cant seem to find or create a "new post" cant find the post button in the Members YouTube channel's ( ONLY POST LINK NOTHING ELSE )

Scroll past the last post in that thread, and you'll see a small box with icons across the top of it. Click anywhere in that box and type anything you want to, including holding your finger down and another box will pop up and you click paste. There is no new post button
