Can't pair with my new RC Pro

Boy, it was east to connect all my 3 drones to my RC but the ranged sucked. Just took delivery of an RC Pro and can't pair any of them. Yes, everything is updated and I know the regular proceedure. What next?

Are you using the button combo or the repair section under the control tab?

Well, after an hour with DJI tech, I got it working. Preliminary testing shows big improvement in
range and transmission over the RC

I had a similar issue pairing my Mini 3 Pro with a RCN1 controller. I just gave up. It wasn't that important. It's too bad that DJI hasn't allowed the DJI RC controller to hook up with the Mini 2, though you can with the Air2s, which seems to have the same transmission architecture.

While DJI now owns the Hasseblad name, it doesn't live by the precdent that Victor Hasselblad set forth: To make as many Hasselblad products across the years as interchangeable as possible.

I have the same issue, do you remember anything in particular or earth shattering that the tech had you do to get it working? Been working the issue here for hours and nothing.
