Can't post to Facebook-wrong data format

So I tried to post video to FB after downloading it to my computer from the drone card. I got a message saying the data is in the wrong format to post. ???? Please excuse my ignorance...

Can you show us the file extension and size you tried to upload? Have you tried to post it to You Tube or any where else?

It is a DJI.mov file and is 1.19GB. Tried to upload it here but got a message saying it's too large. Finally did get it to upload to FB, but the video quality is HORRIBLE. Grainy and pixelated, completely different than the actual crystal clear video. ????

It is to large, you need to edit it to reduce its size before uploading. Can you share a link to it?
