cant see the camera on my cell phone

Hi all! I have mavic pro,

Problem? cant see the camera on my cell. if I take singel pic I can see it in the saved files
so looks like the camera is OK..it jusat comunication between the dorne & the controller issue..I think..or I'm wrong..?

Was unit in a crash? no crash

What have you tried so far? off/on replaced battery, restart the app

What device are you using ( iphone , ipad, Samsung , etc)? samsung s7

What firmware are you running ( aircraft, remote controller)? ?

What Go app version are you using? latest

Any modification? (if so what) no modefication

Did you change anything or install any apps? (if so what) just delete all pic's & video from the sd card

Do you have a video or pictures of the problem? (if so post link) no

what can be the problem?

Probably some setting on the phone that need addressed. or a cable problem. Do a forum search for "samsung s7" or just "s7" And read through those results. There have been many threads on this!

I had something similar the plug into my phone was not in fully .

Get yourself a good "Data" cable, likely the one that came with your phone, used for syncing data, not just charging. Not all cables are alike.

Second, make sure your using the port on the bottom of the controller to the phone.
