Care refresh….Info from DJI

Yip I just went through this yesterday, purchased dji care for the SE for a year only to find out already past 48hour ,emails back and forth to Fentec to figure out what goes on,not much patience so took me a while trying to do everything off my tablet, sent a video of required settings in video they ask for to customer uploads,,BAM woke up today and it been approved which rather surprised me,
I did give up but after carming down had another go at it
This where my headache first started,,I had to buy hand held device (phone) just to get the app to work,this was done within a 30 day period so should have accepted my code but no I only buy drone on the 8th dec ,how can 30 days be up,,,,,,,,,after lots of emails and waiting it had to be done by sending a video off showing it work as they want it,,,this handheld device below just ain't right since my new device did not meet the criteria,,,I was stumped,,$200 new dedicated phone for this drone not meet criteria,,you should have seen the steam come out my ears lol,
