Care Refresh Question

So I’ve had my Mini since November 2019, never had Care Refresh before. If I follow the video instructions from DJI and submit in order to purchase package will the Care Refresh last 12 months or just the remaining warranty period? Second question, am I right that only 2 back to back Care Refresh can be purchased?

I'm under the impression that you need to purchase care refresh within 48/72 hours of first registering your drone.
 
@TDZHDTV thats an interesting question best bet would be to go on the DJI website, and look for care refresh ,and then there should be the answers you seek
 

On here is a section that says " If you have a DJI Care Refresh activation card, click here to bind it to your product. "

When clicking on that page, it redirects you to 'customerupload' or 'Video Verification' page - https://repair.dji.com/Files/DJI Care Video Verification Tutorial.pdf

Have you had a crash/lost it?

OMM and QT thanks for taking the time to look into this, I hoped that was the answer, unfortunately DJI have been unresponsive to my question

Give them some time. When I returned my Mini I requested a refund on the Refresh I'd purchased for the mini. It took a week or so, but the responded and did provide the refund.

We sincerely apologize for the untimely reply due to the high number of inquiries. Even so, I will do my best to provide assistance.

DJI Care Refresh is a service plan that provides you with peace of mind, covering damage to your DJI product. DJI Care Refresh is valid for 12 months and offers up to two full replacements at an additional charge if your product is damaged because of accidents or during normal use.

Please be advised that DJI Care Refresh can be bound to your DJI product when it meets one of the following criteria:

· Brand new and un-activated product;
· Aircraft or gimbal activated within the last 48 hours;
· Repaired in an official DJI Service Center (within 72 hours of receiving email invitation);


DJI Care Refresh only works in the country or region that you chose when purchasing the service plan. DJI Care Refresh and the corresponding product must be purchased from the same country or region. At the moment, DJI Care Refresh is only available to customers from the U.S., Canada, EU countries, the UK, Switzerland, Norway, Australia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, South Korea and Mainland China.

Upon checking, it seems that your unit has exceeded the 48 hour activation time frame. But, no worries as you can still purchase/activate the DJI Care Refresh. Just kindly send us a verification video to check the overall performance of your drone.

Please be reminded that the video should upload on YouTube and set the video privacy on public to allow the verification team to review your video.

Once the video has been approved, you will be notified by email.
