DJI Care Refresh Question

I've been flying drones 10+ years and it was bound to happen, I crashed my Air 3S and it splattered into pieces. I have DJI Care Refresh and filed and case and sent the drone to DJI. I got an email that they had received it and were accessing the damage 2 days ago. I haven't heard a thing from them since. I was just wondering if this is normal and what is the turn around time on getting a new drone? Thanks guys and happy flying!

Don’t give up hope for a speedy replacement. I sent my Mavic 3 pro to Dji as a care refresh just 10 days ago. I received a replacement in 8 days. It was shipped from Canada. If you have a case number, follow the progress on their website.

I think its pretty hit and miss right now. DJI isnt sending Drones to the U.S. it seems. So your replacement may take some time. Hope they find one for you!

I think thats something you need to ask DJI the place that DJI shipped these Drones to is the place where DJI will do care refresh, so it may depend on where Adorama is getting them.

I crashed my Avata 2 and filed Care Refresh Premium on Sunday evening and received the new drone by Tuesday lunchtime - so it takes 42 hours. And I used same UPS currier to sent my broken one back on Tuesday.
DJI sent it to me from Hungary, I live in Estonia.

Just curious have you received your drone yet? Mines been stuck on “damage assessment since July 13th.
 
I had 3 or 4 replacements over the past 9 years and DJI never took longer then 10 days (door to door)
