Just bought an Air 3S. It isn't my first DJi Drone. I have been flying for over 6 years.
Question is, what are people using for care refresh replacement? State Farm?
I asked this question with a DJI person and he said warranty situations will be handled... but I dont believe that.
I need some type of reliable insurance in case something, fly away or crash, happens.
This is my first post here, but I have long lurked here gathering usefully information

I have State Farm. But I've had Sate Farm for home and Auto for 50 years. So, I don't know how open they would be to a new customer just for a personal property policy. And they don't cover in 2 or 3 states

I have a Mavic 4 Pro; a Mavic 3, and a Mini 3 Pro covered for loss since replacement might not be an option. I forget the breakdown by Drone, but I have $6.000 in coverage for around $77 a year

Many use the State Farm personal articles policy, however, from my understanding if you make a claim its possible your normal homeowners insurance will go up even if you don't use state farm for homeowners.

I use Squaretrade.

With Care Refresh paid program you send your damaged drone to DJI and DJI provides a generally refurbished within days; a fly away drone is also replaced, for a fee. As far as I know there is no equivalent paid service from any other company in the United States.
You may purchase a liability or other contract privately but they generally will only compensate you for your loss, not provide or assist with obtaining DJI repairs or replacement. It's a totally different policy than Care Refresh.

please explain. What drone(s) you have covered for what amount and the premium

I couldn't navigate past their first page. It also said explicitly that they only cover products bought withing the last 30 days. That effectively eliminates a vast majority of drone owners

by the way, none of my premiums have ever spiked up after making a claim thru State Farm
