im received care refresh dji avata2 and it looks not new. so use signs on upper gps cover and one front motor rotates not smooth as other 3. drone flying, but not stable hover. this is normal or need sent back to repaire it? does refresh care drones are reurbished ones? also drone still has warranty.so i can repaire it by warrant one motor bearing?

Hmm, I would say sent it back with a description of your problem. Or, if your tech savvy, you could replace the broken motor yourself, however I think that would probably void your warranty. dji avata motor

Cool, sounds like a good plan. Looks like you received a knockoff well used drone.

DJI will always send you a refurb BUT That refurb should look brand new (no blemishes) I would contact DJI and send them pics of the questionable areas. DJI does NOT repair drones they only send refurbs back as repairs. The only DJI drones that get "fixed" are Enterprise editions and then still DJI doesnt do the repairs, an authorized service tech does.
If you attempt to repair the drone yourself you will void any agreements you have with DJI, DJI knows you have opened your drone by examining the coating of epoxy they place on the screws you can actually void your warrenty by inserting a driver into the screw and loosening it! SO Dont touch a tool to it and send it back!
