I've been flying drones 10+ years and it was bound to happen, I crashed my Air 3S and it splattered into pieces. I have DJI Care Refresh and filed and case and sent the drone to DJI. I got an email that they had received it and were accessing the damage 2 days ago. I haven't heard a thing from them since. I was just wondering if this is normal and what is the turn around time on getting a new drone? Thanks guys and happy flying!
