Care Refresh

Where does one find out when the Care Refresh expires?
There is nothing in my DJI Account about it, or anything else for that matter!

It expires one or two years from the date you activated it. If you have the one year plan, DJI will send you an e-mail a month or so before it expires.

I think you unboxed your Mini 2, 26th Jan, at a guess you used it that day too and would have probably bought care refresh within two days. No I am not stalking you lol I just searched the forum for "mini 2" & your name.

When did you actually pay for CareRefresh?
Your DJI Store account should show your orders.
When you paid for CareRefresh you should have received an email receipt and a detailed CareRefresh contract to file with your DJI drone documents.

Off-topic, but I bought it and used it two days later. DJI got me flying again in less than a week. Very happy I bought the coverage!

hmmm

I just went to my DJI--->Log-in--->view all orders---> order details....and it's all there. I have 3 active care refresh policies (Mini 2, Mini 3, Mavic 3)

if you ordered from DJI it should be there

Thanks folks. I didn't buy my Mini 2 from DJI but obviously bought the Care Refresh from them.
Must do an email search!

Ah Ha! Found my email receipt dated 27th January 2022!! Should hear from them soon then...........

did you print outpour original contract? it's there.
