Hi, what are the concecvens if I turn of Cash when recording?

mini2 Settings/Camera -> Cash when recording

You can turn off that setting if you don't want a low resolution copy of the video cached (saved) to your mobile device.

Correct.

Not immediately anyway. You'd have to retrieve/download it from the AC/SD.

It makes doing that way less convenient. If that's part of your normal workflow, then it might be better for you to keep it on.
