Centralized Drone Law Database?

I say we all start lobying to get AOPA and COPA to advocate for a centralized location for any and all drone laws. I stopped a ranger in Arizona to check on a location and the answer was "I think it's okay but I'm not really sure"... I live is Scottsdale and I have federal laws, state laws, forestry service laws and city laws that are spread all over the internet, if they are even posted. I'm not against reasonable laws but I don't know how they expect us to abide by them if we don't even know they exist. If a law isn't posted on the site then it isn't enforceable.
