Changing batteries in RC231 controller (Mavic Air 2)

I always left my RC231 remote on the charger and it kept it fully charged. Now, everyday I see it not keeping a full charge.
I need to start the charge manually. If I left it alone, it would be dead in a week. I guess it's time to change the batteries. There are many YouTube video's showing me how to replace them. I wonder if there are any suggestions of where and what batteries worked for you. I can resolder leads. Any help would be appreciated.

I learned recently in another post that they have connectors on that battery so you won't need to solder. I can't really suggest a certain one but the batteries are around 20 to 30 bucks on Amazon and the controller is not hard to disassemble. I don't think you will have any trouble.
