charger gets hot

I don't know about the MA2 charger and actual temperatures but with the Phantom 3 charger and M2P charger I always try to stand them on edge so that the maximum surface area is exposed to the air for cooling purposes.
I actually hang my laptop charger in mid air for the same reason.

@ReDave the heat is a by product of the way the charger works ,as it converts mains voltage to the required output for the batteries, what you can do is have a small fan blowing over the charger and battery while it is on, and use an empty tin to stand the charger on it acts as a heat sync

New pilot here.... MA2 ....
My charger is hitting close to 150 F very warm/hot to touch. Is this normal?
I've got a MA2 and use the multi charge hub to charge all 3 batteries in
succession, as i'm typing this now it's coming to the end of the third battery
and my power pack ( converter ) is stone cold. Perhaps some get very hot
and some don't, not sure. I know what OMM means though, my ipad charger
and phone charger and laptop chargers all get quite hot but for whatever
reason the MA2 one doesn't.

They do get warm but towards the end of a cycle it just balancing so the brick starts to cool down.

Used one of the batteries i charged this morning, just recharged it
on it's own, not on the hub and it was cold for the whole charge,
perhaps mines faulty in the fact it doesn't get hot. ??‍♂️
