Can someone tell me if the Mavic Air with the Fly More package can charge the batteries using a Mophie battery pack and a USB port?

No it cannot. You’d need like 6 of them jimmy rigged together just to get enough power and it would still be dangerous

Not over USB but you can charge them with portable battery packs. This Mophie pack can charge a battery: http://www.mophie.com/shop/powerstation-ac

Note you will probably only get about 1-2 full battery charges off most of these, so you might consider just buying more DJI batteries instead. The car charger is also an option.
