Charging hub

I was told by Dji support on FB that it's OK to leave the battery's on the charger 24/7 and the controller too.Will this hurt the Battery's and controller ?. I haven't done it yet . . I have been changing them a day before I fly, if it needed a charge

its ok to leave them in the hub when not in use ,but not connected to the mains
