My Mavic was damaged in shipment. I submitted a request for a RMA through the Chat Desk but never received any follow up. I resubmitted online and through email. Been a couple of days and still no follow up from CS. I wanted to make an inquiry through the Chat Desk but can't remember how I got there. Can anyone provide directions?

I don't know the hours for their chat support. Their website only shows their business hours for phone support.
