Hehe nice. Was lloking at AliExpress last days. The bag that comes with the flymore combi is not bad, but I would like to place batteries seperate and like you made place the mini 2 itself within protection.

I recently purchased this case from Harbor Freight. It's made for handguns but has pinch/pull foam. I took the foam out, replaced it with used seat cushion from my local upholstery shop for like 25.00 Very sturdy and enough room for:
Drone, controller, battery pack, full size iPad, large pouch for cables/chargers, LZ pad AND even my Hoodman hood!
Lockable, waterproof, lockable.... love it...
