Wanted to say Hello to everyone from the Sunshine State.
Just recived the Mavic yesterday and I must say what a great machine.

This not my first quad, I have own race quads before and enjoy FPV flying. With this quad I was just looking for more of a nice video platform to capture the excitement of flying. After a day of flying I would say the Mavic is top notch so far.

Nice. I rode with a motor cycle club out there. I live in Tampa but I'll be up in Orange City this weekend visiting family. You find any good places to fly up there?

Well right now no only had the mavic pro for roughly 2 days. When I fly my race quad I shoot the golf course by my house.

Hope to get out an about with the mavic soon though. Also its getting tough to find places thanks to all the new rules..

Even Orlando is cracking down on drone flying.

Right on. I may run up to blue springs. Kinda check it out. It's pretty bad out here. I live in pinellas county. There is no where to fly without getting authorization. I actually just submitted a waiver to the FAA to let me fly around my neighbor hood/local parks.

Sorry to hear about your area.

You can try Blue Springs but its a state park not sure if the rules apply there just like the federal parks

Would like to know though, keep me posted on what you find out .

Im also from FL but have been living out of the country for a few years now. Ill be back in central FL Nov 18th till the 21st only. Then I fly back home. ANY IDEA where I could pick up a set of the new mavic low noise propellers?

They are available here on Amazon (or get the gold props here). Amazon will deliver them to wherever you're staying in 2 days. Order them on the 16th and they should be there when you arrive.
