Cold Weather -22F Sea Smoke

Minus 22 F, Minnesota, Mavic 2 Pro, over 20 min flight, no problems over Lake Superior. M2P was warm from inside to start, I stay inside glass doors or in PU truck to save the phone and fingers.
If outside, iPhone freezes and goes black. You need double sided carpet tape with iron filing hand warmer on back of phone to keep it running. Don't let cold weather stop you.

Yes, it's special fog, but at -22 F, can cause frostbite in 10 min, especially if running a controller.

That’s really cool stuff. Looks like the M2P is a tuff little bird. Heck I was afraid to fly mine when it was only 15 degrees out. Flying from the pickup truck is the only way to go in the cold weather.

On my end the video is choppy and almost glitchy. Is that the SD card reacting to the extreme temperature?

I wish I had more ambition. I would go fly, but it's just too darn cold for me.

I saw that also. Not the sd card, the original looks OK. It's the 4K being transfered to Youtube after editing with Lightworks. If exported in 1080p seems alright. Except 4 K has worked before.
