Compass Issues- Out of the Box

"Warning Compass Redundacy Switch" - Ok...so i've had phantom 3s, a 4, and now the mavic. The connectivity seems to be awesome but so far i'm very frustrated by this recurring compass error. Seems to happen more in sport mode, but i've yet to have a flight (i've had for 2 days) without compass errors. I've downloaded the assistant app for MAC, the firmware is up to date, so tried older firmware....same issues. I've also calibrated IMU and compass. Not sure what to do next besides send back. VERY frustrating !

There is no fix for this issue yet. DJI support is discussing it in this thread.
