Idiots like this completely ruin the perception of drone pilots.
Somehow he managed to violate literally half of the rules listed in Part 107:
Violated 107.5 (made a fraudulent or intentionally false record of registration)
Violated 107.7 (didn't have any of the legally mandated documents in possession)
Violated 107.9 (most likely didn't report the crash as required because a matrice of any kind is >$500 in event of total loss)
Violated 107.12 (no RPIC certificate)
Violated 107.13 (aircraft was not registered with a real registration)
Violated 107.15 (continued flying after in-air collision)
Violated 107.19(d) (literally didn't follow any regulations)
Violated 107.23 (reckless flying over obviously open-air assemblies and deliberately attempting to sabotage other aircraft)
Violated 107.37 (failed to give way to other aircraft)
