Connection problem between cell phone and controller

Hello everyone, I have a problem with the connection between my cell phone (Realme 6 pro, I had already used the drone on this cell phone without problems) and my RC-231 controller. When I connect my cell phone to the controller, I turn on the controller and the cell phone does not recognize the connection. I suspected it was the original cable, so I tested it on another cell phone (Motorola) and this one recognized the connected controller. I tried reinstalling the app and nothing worked either. Note: my cell phone charges normally, transfers data via USB with my computer, everything is fine. But when connecting to the drone control, I got no results. Can someone help me?

Is it possible this may be a result of the phone getting updated and changed some setting? Phone on auto-update?

Check your data/charging port for lint keeping the cable from fully seating.

As above (spray some Isopropyl into the port and let-dry) or check for damage (may it's come loose and requires repairing)

Try shutting down the phone for a few and restart.
