Constant transmission interference

Hi all,
I have been flying in Dubai and i am constantly getting signal interferences either for the controller or for the video transmission.
So i was wondering how i can identify if this is a hardware issue or if this is just the unfortunate case for the areas i was flying in.

Can you tell us the distance and attitude you were? Maybe something in the area could cause that if you were not too far and so it was not a distance issue.

I faced this at an altitude of 150 meters and a distance of 750 meters
