Controller Gain and Expo Tuning setting Recommendations for Tracking Moving Objects

Looking for some suggestions here please. I’ve found myself filming surfers a few times recently. First thing I do is go to cinematic mode to try to smooth things out. However, that doesn’t do a whole lot to smooth out yaw inputs. Aside from more practice, does anyone have any suggestions for customizing Gain and Expo tuning settings on the controller?
