Hello, this is my first post but I've seen a couple of others referring to issues with the controller not charging. I have a new Spark/Controller and I successfully charged the controller at least once, maybe twice, but now it doesn't charge.
When I connect the cable, the lights on top of the controller begin to flash, but no matter how long I leave it connected, it never flashes beyond the third light and when I turn it on, it shows just two lights of charge, which I believe is the residual that was on there before I started charging.
I have tried various USB cables that I know are working and have been trying in both regular charger and the charger that came with the Spark that charges the Spark battery.
Any suggestions short of sending it back.
