Controller not connecting to phone, have tried other lead etc. Any other ideas please?

Hi, I have a mavic 2 pro. The phone won't connect to the controller... I plug the lead in, it connects straight away but only for about 5seconds then loses connection.

Have tried both sockets. Phone charges ok normally so not a faulty phone...

Any ideas please?

Did the phone ever connect to the RC?

Even though you tried another USB cable, try a third one.

Also, even though phone charges, try holding the RC connector firmly in while connecting to confirm the port on the RC is not fully attaching to connector.

Can you consistantly connect the phone to a computer i.e could it be a dodgy socket on the phone? Especially if it's micro usb.

Hi, thanks for the replies. The phone is an iphone xs, it connects to my computer and charger fine, and also I have tried both ports on the controller with different leads.

It connects for about 3 seconds straight away then disconnects. Very frustrating!
