I was just wondering the specs of the controller(weight and size)? I want to make a case for my drone but don't have it.

I measured it for you. Because of all the rounded edges and surfaces these numbers are probably close enough but not totally super accurate:

Width, antennas folded flat	3 ⅜"
Length	5 ¾"
Thickness, no sticks, thickest point	1 ¾"
Thickness, with sticks, thickest point	2 ¼"
Weight, including sticks & cable	0.54 pounds
