Hi!

I would seriously appreciate some wisdom.... I've successfully downgraded my mavic pro to 400 firmware.
My controller is currently on 700 firmware and I'm using the 4.0.5 dji go app.

When I start the app and boot up the controller and mavic the controller says it's connected to the mavic, but the app won't connect and remains "disconnected".

Is there a solution? I didn't think the firmware of the controller HAD to be the same as the mavic, but maybe it does? If so anyone know how to downgrade?

I was experiencing this disconnected issue when both mavic and controller were both at 700...

anyone have a suggestion as to what might be the problem?

Much appreciated!!

James

never mind guys...I've sorted it. Was being incredibly dense.... the usb wasn't fully in. what a dim wit!

Lol your not dim witted, your lucky!
I made that same mistake but had it in just enough for it to make contact and then fly out 1500ft only to have it come out enough that I was looking at a blank screen. I only figured out the problem after i landed and looked at the RC from the side. Checking that the cable is all the way in is now one of my big pre flight checks.
