Converting Pano to a format usable on Facebook

I was told something about Meta Tags? I'm a novice and I'd like to be able to do that which is necessary to be able to upload a Pano to FB. TIA

Make sure your photo is in a 2:1 aspect ratio (i.e. if you're missing a complete sky, you might need to add one in through post-processing). I'm not sure if meta tags are definitely required.
