Could this be used as a controller?

I was working my way through my photography forums this morning, when I came across this post on DIYP.net:

It concerns a small PDA device made to play games, but can also display files, play music, and other computer like tasks. If you go to the website for the device, you see that the device in the article runs on Linux, but that the company also makes android and windows devices. (the ANBERNIC RG556 model runs android 13).

Any idea if this could be used to control a Mini?

It is more a curiosity for me, since I don't own a drone, but have flown a Mini 2 that belongs to a friend. I hated using my phone on the standard controller.

Anyway, I just saw this and it made me think.

At best you will only be able to use that PDA as an extra screen if the DJI controller have a video signal out port & the PDA have an in port.

As the control signal is DJI proprietary, nothing besides DJI controllers will ever be possible to use for manoeuvring the drone.

So what you maybe will be able to do with that PDA... is to use it as a device that shows a mirrored picture of what's shown on the phone you have connected to the DJI controller.
