Cracked Drone, advise please

I have just sold my Dji mini 4 Pro on ebay and the buyers says its got a crack. I have hardly used the drone and certainly never had a crash.

Is there any history of cracks on this model or how could this have happened only 2 months old?

You should have detailed close-up photographs of the drone before you sold it. There is no history of cracks just happening.
You'll probable just have to work out a deal with the buyer and follow eBay policy.

What sort of concession do they want for a tiny crack that can't possibly have any affect upon flight or structural stability? Tiny bit of plastic glue will seal the crack. Good as new!
