Crash with active track

Hi all.

Problem? Drone crash flying in active track mode, aparently obstacle avoidance was turn off in this mode. Happens twice.

Was unit in a crash? Yes

What device are you using ( iphone , ipad, Samsung , etc)? Mavic Air Control + Huawei P9 phone

What firmware are you running ( aircraft, remote controller)? Last one

What Go app version are you using? 4.3.0

Any modification? (if so what) no

Did you change anything or install any apps? (if so what) no

Do you have a video or pictures of the problem? (if so post link)

Looks like it lost you in the tree cover, but not sure why it dropped like it did.

Obstacle avoidance is pretty much useless when it comes to trees. It can detect solid, large objects with few issues, but tree braches are still beyond what DJI is capable of programming for detection.

It actually looks like it had decided to 'dive bomb' you before it collided with the tree! There have been several reported incidents of Mavic Airs suddenly flying straight at the Active Track subject

I've clipped a tree with my Mavic Air. I learned to keep my finger on the flight pause button.
