Unfortunately, I crashed my Mavic mini. Was flying without propeller guards and crashed it into a building. Luckily, it tried to balance itself before falling on the ground hence avoiding free fall (from around 25 meters). My MM has suffered some physical damage, and I am facing 'Downward Vision Sensor Error'. Besides, there is some damage to the gimbal and the propellers are destroyed as well (I have extra propellers, bought combo). I live in India, and there is no DJI authorized repair center here. Quite bummed up. Can someone help me understand log files? These are stored in '.dat' format and I do not know how to read or understand it. Here is the link to the log file.

Mate, the propeller cage is used if you fly indoors. Flying with it outside does imbalance the miny, as the wind surface is increased. Then there is also the firmware limitation for the height and max flight range.

For the log you can use this online tool, however you need to provide the correct one as it accepts just .TXT and your's is a .DAT.

Regarding the error with the "'Downward Vision Sensor Error'" it means that you have problems with the video camera that is facing down.

It could be related to the fractured frame as the pcb is directly underneath. The drone fell from 25m height. You need to either take it apart and assess the damage underneath or bring it to a repair center that knows more about it, so they can assess it for you. Your picture is good, I cannot see any dirt, but if there is any, please remove it as the camera will be blinded and the symptoms are the same.

No ... but if you post the .txt file I'll read that for you.

The .DAT you submitted contains .DATs from the MM itself. Those .DATs are probably encrypted and can't be used. An unencrypted .DAT can be found on the device running the Fly App. Look here to see how to retrieve it.

If you're trying to determine the cause of the incident the .txt may be good enough.

If you're trying to determine how to fix the MM it's unlikely the .txt or .DAT logs will provide any useful info.
