Crescent moon from 3000' above the city

Ok so not 3000' AGL ? but I've been on a roll this week and this might be my favorite.

I usually do all kinds of stuff to my photos in post but I almost NOTHING to this one. Just some sharpening and fixed some dead pixels but that's just about it. I even took bracketed exposures for this one but didn't end up doing HDR. Anything I did to it just messed it up so this basically just the raw pano converted to jpeg.

Actually, you almost got it. Its really nice. Try a similar shot by using a single waypoint and keep returning to the same spot as the sunrise progresses.
Nice work, it is hard to get a good exposure of the moon! A+

Excellent job with tricky lighting!
I posted a hyperlapse of a sundown here... but after coming down saw that the moon was just out of my imaging... definitely jealous!

They are cool, I've seen some sunset to sunrise panoramas that were really amazing. A drone would lend itself really well doing it, just use Litchi and run the same mission at different times. Look forward to your results!

Thanks! I use an app called Night Sky to track the moon so I know where it will be and when so I can plan shots like the one you are talking about.
