Jackalope, rattlesnake all taste like chicken. rattlesnake looks more like Mcnuggets

Had rattlesnake out in Texas several times and was OK just to try but was more into that mesquite smoked brisket . Ranch owner we would stay at every year would have it when we got there from driving all nite on trips out there on our Rio hunt's .
