Dalton Falls is an intermittent waterfall located between Wahkeena Falls and Shepperd's Dell on the Oregon side of the Columbia River Gorge. From a visit a couple of days ago.
Definitely not the best day to be trying drone photography with very strong wind conditions that forced me to keep the drone as low as I could and still get the view I wanted. I had numerous warnings in the flight logs about strong winds, unstable hovering, and finally warnings that RTH was unable to function and to land manually as soon as possible. I decided that warning was prudent and brought the drone back less than two minutes after taking off but I did get a 2 shot vertical panorama using the telephoto lens on my Mavic 3.
