Deleting a waypoint mission

I did my first waypoint mission today at a couple of miles from my house.
Some questions i h ave about this feature:

• I save the mission and recalled it repeatedly at the field but is there anyway to name it as a reminder of what it is?
• How many missions can be saved and if I can't name it how do I distinguish them from each other?
• The manual doesn't explain how to delete a mission you no longer want. Is there a way to do this?

Where are the missions stored?
