DJI Air 3S main camera quit working

The main camera on my DJI Air 3S quit working.
No physical damage, no errors or anything, just black on the controller screen.

The medium telephoto lens still works fine.

Any ideas what would cause this?
Recommendations on how to fix?

Firmware updated to latest version.

Wow! Never heard that one before. Although I also own an A3S, I have never experienced this issue.
Hopefully a few smarter folks can chime in here.

Just a thought, is the white balance set to auto or manual?

I recall reading a post years ago and it was set to manual and the screen showed black because of the settings.

Flipped the switch to auto and all was well.

Thanks for the tip! White balance was set to Auto, but some of the other parameters were set to manual, causing the problem. Issue resolved, thanks again for the help!

Gross underexposure, due to Manual exposure settings, as you discovered.
Set exposure to Auto.
