DJI Assistant 2 issue.

Assistant 2, on my Windows 11 Dell laptop, does not connect to my DJI Mini 2, but does see my DJI Neo.

The media DCIM folder on the Mini 2 is detected and I can access the media on it. I have used "Clear All Data" button and the "Reset All Settings" option, which sometimes works, but within a few power cycles of the drone, I am unable to connect again.

The first thing to try is of course a cable if the cable is fine you need to review your computers settings and also make sure you are looking at the right port. If these things seem OK too you I would uninstall and reinstall the assistant.

I'll give it another try but I think the problem is with the Mini 2, as when I connect the NEO it shows up on Assistant 2 straight away.

could very well be that conector...Fingers crossed its not.

Back when I first had my Mini 2, I could not connect to the DJI Assistant. This video starting at the 2:30 mark showed a fix that worked for me:
